    General Secretary

It is difficult to imagine today that the universal declaration of human rights must have been a symbol of fundamental change when it was adopted 60 years ago. A declaration confronting universal and dutiful love before equality in the broken world that is inherent in the broken and scattered world with panic and inequalities from the demolition of the demolition after the war, and a manifestation of a bold and bold commitment It was, whose success was not sure. It has become a major framework for the protection of all the fundamental freedoms of which we are official. The same fact is a tribute to the philosopher's manifestation of the declaration and also to all those human rights defenders who have struggled to make this philosophy a reality for more than six decades. This struggle will go far and it also has the power to declare. It is a living document that will inspire generations to come.

An Introduction to World Human Rights Council: -

The World Human Rights Council is a social trust registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882. This is a non-governmental, non-national national organization. Our task is to make people aware of the society and to the administration of the public, by highlighting the corruption of the masses and the corruption of the people and the spread of society is the main objective. Because the incidents of human rights are increasing not only in our India year but in the whole world, incidents like human oppression, women's oppression, sexual abuse and child labor are prominent. The prisoners in prison are pathetic and anxious. Problems like corruption, communalism, racism, and linguistic are going on in the country day by day. Even after 71 years of independence, most of the Indians still enjoy better education, food, health, housing, pure drinking water, justice, equality And lack of basic amenities like development. In our Constitution, there has been no discrimination of caste, religion, descent, gender, richness, poverty, educated-illiterate. . In the constitution, every person in the country has a sense of right to physical and natural freedom as well as to have a dignified life. In order to bring it practically, the constitution has provided for the legislature, judiciary and executive. On this basis, the constitution of our country is considered to be the best constitution of the world. But the irony is that the common man can not get the benefit of it. The biggest question is whether every citizen of India has got social, economic and political justice? In villages, there is no cleaning in the ration shop, the goods do not get right in the ration shop, the government offices do not work without facilities, hospitals do not get the medicines, the doctor nurse does not pay attention to the patients, the roads are broken, the village level From the officials of the politicians, legislators do not pay attention to the minister, the electricity does not get well in the villages and backward areas. Our organization is trying to solve all these problems and organization has been formed to fulfill these objectives. Our task is to make people aware. We do not operate any government schemes. We have not authorized any person to collect money from the organization because the organization does not take any kind of money. The organization operates its activities in collaboration with its members. If you are sending your work to someone through our office then be aware that the person is your trustee. For any kind of information, contact the organization's officials who will help you with your selfless self, so that we can reach your voice through governance-administration from national level to national international level that is

Human rights and non-governmental organizations: -

Non-governmental organization It is said to such organizations that those who are formed without religious, social, scientific, cultural, public welfare, technical or economic purposes are without profit. There is no inter-governmental agreement in these organizations nor do they directly interact with the government. A proposal was adopted by the United Nations Economic and Social Council on February 28, 1950, which defined that non-governmental organization, means any international organization that is not established by the inter-governmental agreement. In the broadest sense, this term can be used for any non-profit organization which is independent of the government. Examples of such organizations are International Chamber of Commerce, Inter-Parliamentary Union Federation of Trade Unions and Women's International Democratic Confederation. NGOs can either be national or international. Membership of individual organizations established at the national level is at the national level and they define their objectives in their constitution. International non-governmental organizations are at international level and their activities are edited internationally. They are deemed to be like the people's interest group, which means that their methodology does not mean that they will work for the benefit of their members, but they will do the work of public interest.

Human rights and non-governmental organizations: -

Non-governmental organizations are established in almost all states. It was calculated in 1994 that the number of non-governmental organizations in the United Kingdom was 275,000 and their estimated number in the poorer countries is 20000. Since then, their numbers are increasing rapidly. It was estimated that in 1999, there were 2 million in the world. Only in India it was estimated that their number is 10 lakhs which is almost half of the total number of non-governmental organizations in the whole world. Most non-governmental organizations have been set up for the accretion and protection of human rights. Their activities and membership are mainly within the scope of one state but some organizations related to human rights have been organized at international level and their membership is also at international level. Such are examples of groups Amnesty International London Anti Slavery Society London International Commission of Jurists Geneva, International League for Human Rights America, International Pen and French League for the Defense of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen Paris, not only the United Nations Organization of International Non-Governmental Organizations With special advisory level, there is a relation, but their direct access to the human body of the United Nations Limousine Commission, the minority protection and anti-discrimination Sub-Commission, International Labor Organization and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization is to UNESCO.

    Human Rights in India: -

India is the only nation that has always been a priest of peace and peace and has been an active member of the United Nations. On this basis, the Constitution of India mentions all the ideas, ideals, values, standards and terminology, whose organizations are human rights U.N. Charter is in. Part 3 of our Constitution declares the original right of Article 12 and Part 4 of the Constitution. 36-51 State Policy Director describes elements. But 46 years after independence in India, the attention of public representatives and their advisors administrative officers did not go to common issues like making human conservation laws. In the year 1993, the Human Rights Protection Act was passed with the effort of Honorable Supreme Court. In order to protect human rights and to raise awareness about them, the National Human Rights Commission was constituted in September 1993 by an ordnance ordinance of the President of our Republic of India. A year after this, an Act was passed in the year 1994 to establish a Human Rights Commission in the states. This Commission examines cases of violations and violations of human rights by themselves or by anyone. The State Human Rights Commission is working in Uttar Pradesh. Their formation has not been completed in some states of the country. The headquarters of the National Human Rights Commission is in New Delhi. On this post, A retired judge of the Supreme Court has been appointed and there are other members. Human rights are done only by human beings, whether the person is dubbed or the government public servant It does not make sense to the department or chair. Regardless of how highly or powerful the oppressor is, the oppressor is like a simple accused on his status in the family and he personally has to go through court proceedings. At that time it is realized human harassment.
